Area under vines: 41 acres

Soils: Rocky, volcanic clay and loam soils 

Altitude: 1’600 feet

aged: Combination of conical shaped oak vats and egg shaped tanks with 10% of the wine being vilified in barrel. Wine is aged in 85% new French oak barrels for up to 20 months before bottling.
