Drink: 2019 - 2035

The 2015 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru, which Florian Remy remarked was his favorite this year, has a light, harmonious red cherry, strawberry and bergamot-scented bouquet that is not as intense as others, although has fine focus. The palate is marked by very fine tannin, nicely focused with great tension, but does not shortchange in terms of fruit and precision on the long finish. This comes recommended and it is easily my own pick from the domaine all well.
