The 2018 Pommard 1er Cru Les Pezerolles opens in the glass with an incipiently complex bouquet featuring raspberries and plums married with dark chocolate, orange rind and spices. Medium to full-bodied, layered and nicely concentrated, with fine tannins and a nicely defined finish, it's a success.
