Drink: 2016 - 2030

The 2012 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Cote Bouguerots comes from a steep 45-degree part of the grand cru vineyard. It has a very intense bouquet with a strong mineral component that cannot be ignored. This demands attention! The palate is very well-balanced with a touch of orange rind and spice on the entry. There is good weight, hints of dried honey, citrus peel and quince on the back palate with a very precise finish. This is one hell of a precocious Chablis. Drink 2016-2030.
